WASTE DISPOSAL PROBLEMS MUST BE SOLVED QUICKLY, ECONOMICALLY AND WITHOUT NEGATIVE IMPACT ON THE ENVIRONMENT.

Neal Scholer Incineration’s multi-chamber technology is possibly one of the most efficient and environmentally compliant small (10kg/hr to 250kg/hr) incinerator systems available worldwide. As every purchaser has a “unique” waste stream, Scholer custom refines each incinerator to match the purchaser’s waste specifications and operating requirements. The versatile Model HSH design has proven to be economically suitable for developing nations and environmentally suitable for advanced nations.

Important: The Scholer secondary combustion chamber is equal in volume to the primary combustion chamber.  Scholer’s traditional, large volume Secondary Combustion Chamber incorporates the classic “3T Formula”: (Temperature: +980ºC., Time: + 1 second at +980ºC  & Turbulence: 4 x changes in gas flow direction).  This 3T Formula secondary combustion is compulsory for the chemical destruction of PCDD (dioxins) and PCDF (furans) and other volatile toxic gases.  Incinerators with smaller volume secondary combustion chambers (e.g. <75% of primary chamber volume) or no secondary combustion chambers at all (e.g. secondary burners and air injection in flue stacks) will not achieve the vital 3T Formula and will not comply with basic air emission standards.

The Turbo Burn is a versatile Scholer innovation providing dynamic, high temperature (+1100ºC) destruction of waste oil, oil filters, oil rags, used oil spill products, certain biomedical wastes, and many other waste products. The Australian EPA approved Turbo Burn is portable and has proven very popular with the mining and medical industries.  Some customers have described the performance of the Turbo Burn as “miraculous”.

An easy-to-assemble, lightweight, portable flue stack assembly is avaliable to secure and contain the open flame from the top of the Turbo Burn.
